Solazur SRL ("Solazur", "we") takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy explains what we process, why, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible

2. What we process and why
- Contact and booking data (name, organisation, e-mail, phone, message content): to answer your request and prepare or perform an agreement. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- Client and supplier records: to perform contracts and meet bookkeeping obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Website usage data: only with your consent, via analytics cookies, to improve the site. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.
3. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Contractual and accounting records follow the statutory retention periods (in general 7 years). Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run our services (hosting, scheduling, e-mail), under processing agreements, and with our delivery partner where you ask us to scope work that involves them. Data stays within the EU unless you are informed otherwise.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@solazur.net. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access control, EU hosting and logging. Incidents that pose a risk to you are reported as required by law.
7. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date above tells you when it last happened.
