Move freight, not paperwork.

Solazur helps 3PL, freight forwarders, distributors, and supply chain operators automate the work that ties up planners and cripples margin: documentation, exception handling, yard coordination, and last-mile orchestration.

Logistics FAQ

Common challenges in logistics, and how we approach them.

Our TMS, WMS, and ERP do not talk to each other. Is that a problem you fix?

Yes, and it is the single most common engagement starter in logistics. We do not replace your systems. We build an integration layer that lets them exchange the data they need to: order status, inventory positions, dispatch confirmations, exceptions. Your existing investments stay in place.

Can automation help with carrier rate management and freight invoicing?

Yes. Freight invoicing is a textbook automation case: high volume, high variance, expensive to do manually, and consistently 1 to 3 percent of freight spend lost to billing errors. We build the workflow that ingests carrier invoices, matches them to bookings and contracts, flags anomalies, and routes for approval.

We have seasonal volume spikes. Can automation scale with that?

That is exactly where it pays off. Manual processes hit a wall in peak season because you cannot hire and train fast enough. Automated workflows handle 3x or 5x volume without additional headcount. We scope the architecture around your peak, not your average.

What about visibility, real-time shipment tracking, exception management?

We build the dashboards that consolidate signals from your TMS, carrier APIs, and warehouse events. Operations directors see exceptions the moment they happen, not on the Monday morning report. Average response time to a disrupted shipment drops by 60 to 80 percent in our engagements.

Will this work with our current carrier and 3PL contracts?

In almost every case yes. The automation layer reads from whatever data your carriers and 3PLs give you, in whatever format. EDI, API, email confirmations, even PDF invoices through OCR if needed. We assess the data sources in the first phase and design from there.
